We collect only the personal information reasonably required to consider your application, including: your name, contact details, town or city and postcode, right-to-work confirmation, working preferences, your CV, information you provide in your application answers and any optional supporting document you choose to share.

We use the information you provide to:

• Assess your suitability for the role you have applied for
• Communicate with you about your application
• Verify your right to work in the United Kingdom where a conditional offer is made
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

We process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract of employment, our legitimate interests in running a fair and efficient recruitment process, and, where appropriate, to comply with legal obligations.

Your application is accessible only to authorised members of the Looques Human Resource Team and hiring managers who need to review it. We do not sell your information. We do not share your application with third parties other than trusted service providers who help us operate our recruitment process, under appropriate contractual protections.

Where appropriate, your application details may be retained for consideration for suitable future opportunities in accordance with our recruitment data retention practices. You may ask us to delete your application information at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at cs@looques.com.

The Looques Ambassador programme is separate from the Careers recruitment process. Applying for a Careers position does not enrol you as an Ambassador, and information you provide in a Careers application is not transferred into the Ambassador system.
