Refund Policy

Every booking is covered by the Looques satisfaction guarantee. Last updated 14 July 2026.

Automatic full refund

  • The venue was closed when you arrived within your 15-minute access window.
  • Access was refused by venue staff.
  • The QR code failed to validate and no backup code was accepted.
  • The toilet was demonstrably unusable (out of order, no water, no lock).
  • Duplicate charge for the same booking within 10 minutes.

Approved automatically within 24 hours. Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Cleanliness rated 1★ with photo evidence.
  • Long queue at reception delaying access beyond 5 minutes.
  • Safety incident (routed to the Trust & Safety team).

Not eligible

  • Arriving after the 15-minute access window has expired.
  • Change of mind after using the toilet.
  • Sharing your QR code with someone else (this is a Terms breach).

Open the booking → tap ‘Request refund’. Or start a live chat. You have 30 days from the booking to request.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
