Looques is deliberately simple — a live map, a price, a QR code. Here’s the whole flow.
For guests
1. Find
Open the map. See nearby verified toilets with real photos, prices, opening hours and cleanliness ratings.
2. Pay
Tap the venue, tap Get access. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card — usually £1–£3.
3. Access
A QR code and 6-digit backup appear instantly. Show it at reception; access is valid for 15 minutes.
4. Rate
Rate the cleanliness, safety and staff. Your rating keeps the network honest — and earns you loyalty points.
For hosts
1. List your venue
Add photos, opening hours, facilities and your price. We verify within 48 hours.
2. Welcome guests
Scan the guest QR at reception (or key in their 6-digit code). No hardware required.
3. Get paid weekly
Keep 80% of every access. Payouts land in your bank every Monday via Stripe.
Trust & verification
Every venue is inspected before it goes live. Ratings under 3★ trigger an automatic re-inspection. Every access is covered by a satisfaction guarantee: if the toilet is closed, dirty or you’re refused entry, you get an instant refund.
