Looques™ is operated by Looques Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17348300, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Looques™ operates an online marketplace connecting people looking for toilet access (Guests) with venue owners who make their toilets available for a fee (Hosts). Ambassadors are self-employed representatives who introduce venues to Looques™ under a separate agreement. Looques™ is not the operator of any venue and is not a party to the access agreement between Guest and Host.

You must be 16+ to hold an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT and the Looques™ service fee. Payment is taken at the point of booking and grants access for 15 minutes from the QR code being generated.

Hosts warrant that the venue is legally operated, that the toilet is clean, stocked and safe, and that they will grant access to any valid QR within 2 minutes without additional purchase requirement.

Looques™ retains a 20% platform fee on each booking. The remaining 80% is paid weekly to the Host’s registered bank account via Stripe.

You agree not to misuse the service, share QR codes, damage venue property, or violate the Community Guidelines. Breaches may result in permanent suspension.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise Looques™’ total liability for any claim is capped at £100 or the total fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Either party may terminate at any time. Sections on liability, fees earned, and IP survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Looques™ is a trademark of Looques Limited. The trademark is currently the subject of a UK trademark application. No part of the Looques™ name, logo, branding or associated intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified or used without prior written permission.
