Community Guidelines

• Leave the toilet as you’d like to find it.
• Be polite to venue staff — they’re doing you a favour.
• Don’t share your QR code — access is for one person, one use.
• Rate honestly. One-star ratings should have a short reason.
• No harassment, abuse or discrimination toward staff or other guests.

• Grant access within 2 minutes of a valid QR being shown.
• Never require a purchase or tip in exchange for access.
• Keep the toilet stocked (soap, paper, working lock) and clean.
• Honour accessibility, family and gender-neutral filters as listed.
• Never share personal data about a guest outside the platform.

Discrimination, harassment, threats, weapons, drug dealing, filming other guests, or damage to property. Any of these result in immediate, permanent removal and, where appropriate, referral to the police.
